Famous burger chain McDonald’s has introduced a new app for customers to order food and redeem special offers at dine-in, takeaway, and drive-thru. The McDonald’s app is available for both Android and iOS smartphones and the users can download the app from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. The app allows users to order McDelivery, share feedback, and learn more about the menu at McDonald’s, apart from giving them the best deals on McDonald’s burgers. The fast food chain said that the new app is aimed at leveraging the power of ubiquitous mobile platform to drive better customer engagement. “We are scaling our efforts in 2021 using technology to elevate our customers’ experience. The fast food chain said that it wants to leverage technology, restaurant modernisation and menu innovation to drive better experience and engagement in 2021 and beyond. McDonalds also stressed on the safety and quality standards that it has set for its items and products. McDonald’s India has introduced the Global ‘Safety+’ program that includes nearly 50-plus process changes in the restaurant operations. Safety+ is a Global system of enhanced hygiene and safety practices that help ensure that every part of the McDonald’s experience is safe for its customers and employees.
